In Nauvoo every year they burn down an acre of land, the brush gets over 6 feet tall, so to clear it they burn it. It gets a lot of spectaters and it only lasts about 5 minutes then it's all gone. It was pretty cool to watch. Scott and Eldaer Bitner started the fire. A girl from our Ward came over to Sam and said that your dad is starting the fire and Sam said, yeah, my dad is! Hannah didn't care for it and turned and looked another direction, and was sad to see all the black there left. Anyway here are a few pictures I took from it all, plus some of the kids.
